Where do you ship?
The United States only, all 50 states, for now. We don't yet ship internationally — but we track requests, so email [email protected] if you'd like us to reach your country.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and package weight, with no inflated handling markup.
How long until my order arrives?
Most orders arrive in 3–8 business days: 1–2 days to pack, then 2–6 in transit. You get a confirmation when you order and a tracking number when it ships.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source every item ourselves and stand behind its authenticity. We don't manufacture — we curate Korean beauty and personal-care products we'd use ourselves.
Why do some orders ship with cold packs?
Sunscreens and certain serums don't do well in a hot delivery truck. During warm months we add insulation or cold packs to temperature-sensitive items at no extra cost, so the product arrives the way it left us.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused product for a full refund, with no restocking fee. Opened skincare can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with a few photos (the box, the product, the packing slip). We'll send a replacement or refund your choice, at no cost — no need to ship damaged goods back.
Is paying on misam.co secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Your full card number goes straight to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account just saves your addresses and order history for next time.
How is your catalog organized?
We launch in small Edits — three to five new products at a time. Items that prove themselves graduate into our Permanent Carry and stay in stock. We'd rather hand-pick than fill a catalog.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes — to salons, boutiques, and retail buyers. Email [email protected] with your business name, location, and the products you're interested in, and we'll reply within 2–3 business days. Our Wholesale page has the full process.
How do I reach a human?
Email [email protected] for anything order- or product-related; a person reads every message and replies within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday U.S. Central time.
