Returns & Refunds
Skincare is personal — but it should also arrive in the condition we picked it. Here's how we handle returns at Misam.
Effective May 31, 2026
The promise
- 30 days from delivery to return unopened, unused product for a full refund.
- Damaged, defective, or wrong product? Full refund or replacement at no cost to you — let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- No restocking fee. Once we receive your return, we issue the refund within 3 business days; the funds then typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 additional business days, depending on your bank.
What's eligible
Eligible for return:
- Product is unopened and unused (factory seal or shrink wrap intact).
- Within 30 days of the delivery date on your tracking.
- Original packaging present.
Not eligible:
- Opened or used product — for hygiene and safety reasons, we can't resell or accept returns of opened skincare or cosmetics. This is standard practice for topical products.
- Items damaged after delivery (drops, leaks from unscrewed caps, freezer/heat exposure once it's with you). See the next section if it arrived damaged.
- Items marked final sale at checkout. None currently — we'll flag clearly if this ever changes.
Damaged, defective, or wrong product
If your order arrives broken, leaked, or with the wrong item:
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Subject line: Damaged — Order #YOUR-ORDER-NUMBER.
- Include 2–3 photos: the box, the affected product, and the packing slip.
- We respond within 1–2 business days with a replacement or refund — your choice. No return shipment required for damaged goods.
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with subject: Return — Order #YOUR-ORDER-NUMBER.
- Tell us the item and the reason (no detail required, but it helps us source better).
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Texas mailing address.
- Ship the unopened product back via tracked mail. You cover return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong.
- We issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the product; your bank then typically posts it within 5–10 additional business days.
If your original payment method is no longer active (expired or closed card), email us and we'll arrange an alternative — store credit or a check.

Most U.S. returns close within 14–21 days end-to-end.
Shipping & territory
- U.S. orders only at this time. International returns aren't supported because we don't yet ship internationally.
- Free shipping on U.S. orders $50+; otherwise calculated at checkout.
- Cold-pack handling on temperature-sensitive items (sunscreens in summer, etc.).
