We ship from Texas, pack carefully, and tell you the truth about timing. Here's how it works.

Where we ship
United States only, for now — all 50 states. We don't yet ship internationally. If you'd like us to reach your country one day, email [email protected]; we track the requests.
Cost
- Standard shipping is a flat $8 — and free on U.S. orders of $50 or more.
- Express shipping is a flat $15 if you need it sooner.
- No inflated “handling” markup. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout from your address.

We pack Monday–Friday, U.S. Central Time, excluding holidays. You'll get a confirmation when you order and a tracking number when it ships.
Cold-pack handling
Some products — sunscreens, certain serums — don't love a hot truck. During warm months we add insulation or cold packs to temperature-sensitive items at no extra cost, because a product that arrives degraded isn't the product you ordered.
Tracking & problems
- Lost or stuck in transit? Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll chase the carrier with you.
- Arrived damaged or leaking? That's on us — see the damaged-goods steps in our Returns & Refunds Policy (photograph it within 7 days of delivery).
- Wrong or incomplete address can delay or return a package. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
