misam.co is operated by Misam Trading, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Misam,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site

• You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent.
• Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no attempts to break security, no reselling our content without permission.
• Product photos, copy, and the Misam name and marks are ours. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

Products & descriptions

We sell curated Korean beauty and personal-care products. We describe each item as accurately as we can and photograph the actual product, but colors on screen and minor packaging revisions from the manufacturer can vary. Ingredient lists and directions on the product packaging are authoritative.

Cosmetics, not medicine. Most of our products are cosmetics and personal-care items. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Patch-test new products and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you have a skin condition or allergy, consult a professional.

Sunscreens are an exception. In the United States, sunscreen is regulated as an over-the-counter drug, not a cosmetic. We sell sunscreens in their original, sealed manufacturer packaging and make no claims beyond the manufacturer's labeling. Always follow the directions and SPF guidance printed on the product.

Orders, prices & payment

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email; a charge and confirmation form the contract. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, or out-of-stock) and will refund any charge in full.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card number.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Changing or cancelling an order: email [email protected] right away with your order number in the subject line. We pack quickly, so we can't guarantee a cancellation once a shipping label is printed — but we'll do our best, and if it has already shipped, our 30-day return policy applies.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery timing, costs, and territory are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, damaged-on-arrival claims, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details secure — you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

Warranties & limitation of liability

Misam makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law. Products are sold for cosmetic and personal-care use as described. Individual skin reactions vary; cosmetic products are not medical devices and results are not guaranteed — patch-test and read the label.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Misam is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your consumer rights and any implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed).

California Proposition 65

For California residents: Some products sold on this site can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to www.P65Warnings.ca.gov. Where we know a specific product requires a chemical-specific warning, we show it on that product's page.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. We'll always try to resolve any issue with you directly first — email us. Any dispute you can't resolve with us directly may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim in your local small-claims court.
